Three Sisters Community Farm

Three Sisters Community Farm grows certified organic, garden-quality vegetables and delivers picked-to-order CSA boxes throughout the greater Milwaukee area.

Jeff and Kelly are true stewards of their land. Alongside a small team of employees, contractors, and community partners, they currently care for 33 acres of mixed vegetables, cover crops, orchard, and pollinator habitat.

Now they’re partnering with Prairie Gold Foundation to grow and deliver a significant amount of organic produce to local hunger relief efforts.

This is where you come in.

Jeff and Kelly will do the work of growing the food. Our job is to make sure farms like theirs are paid fairly for the skill, labor, and long-term planning it takes to produce nutritious food for their community.

Growing food begins long before harvest. For Three Sisters Community Farm, the season starts in winter with field planning, seed orders, labor coordination, and planting schedules. When farms know ahead of time that produce will be purchased for hunger relief efforts, they can confidently build those crops into their annual growing plans.

That’s why recurring donations are so important.

Monthly support allows us to plan ahead with both farms and food banks, creating a more reliable supply of fresh, culturally meaningful, ecologically produced food for Wisconsin families.
